Returns and exchanges

Exchange & Return: Allowed within 7 days of receipt if the product is unused and in original condition.

Costs: Consumer covers shipping fees (domestic/int'l), unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exceptions: No returns/exchanges for custom orders, media/software, books, accommodation/transport/food services, or user-damaged goods.
